Matan Radin is an award-winning cinematographer based in Berlin since 2009. He studied cinematography at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (DFFB), as well as photography at the International Center of Photography (ICP) in New York and Film in CalArts in Los Angeles.
Matan has shot several acclaimed films and TV series that premiered at major international festivals including Festival de Cannes, Sundance, San Sebastián, Max Ophüls, Tallinn Black Nights, Zurich, Munich, and AFI Fest.
His work includes (selection) VÂNĂTOARE / PROWL directed by Alexandra Balteanu, ALLE WOLLEN GELIEBT WERDEN / EVERY BODY WANTS TO BE LOVED directed by Katharina Woll, HAMEFAKEDET / DISMISSED by Atara Frish, for which he filmed all three seasons and received the 2021 Israeli Academy Award for Best Cinematography and most recently, "MAMA" directed by Or Sinai which premiered at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival.
